Proverbs 18:15 The heart of the discerning acquires knowledge; the ears of the wise seek it out.

Hence, a time with the Lord in His Word everyday. We looked at Colossians 1:9 yesterday in church (Bro. Robert preaching):

“For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you and asking God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all spiritual wisdom and understanding.”

Now link this verse with Proverbs 24:3-4:

“By wisdom a house is built,
and through understanding it is established; through knowledge its rooms are filled
with rare and beautiful treasures.”

Knowledge is what we learn;

Understanding is what we know;

Wisdom is discerning the best way to use both. That discernment is gained by spending time in the Presence of our Savior.
