One of the things that sets us apart as Christians is our honesty. God holds us to a higher standard than that of the world. 

[1] The LORD abhors dishonest scales, but accurate weights are his delight.

Look how strong the language is: “abhors,” “delights.” Those are strong words that leave little room for misinterpretation. Where does our honesty lead?

[3] The integrity of the upright guides them, but the unfaithful are destroyed by their duplicity.

To explain this verse, look at 15:24,  “The path of life leads upward for the wise to keep him from going down to the grave.”
